Here's how it works:
1. Each day of the challenge, you will receive an email first thing in the morning, containing a link to the Daily Workbook Journal.
2. At 5 PM PDT, each day, I'll go live on Zoom. I will open the meeting 15 minutes before start time, so you can arrive early, ask questions, or just say hello before we begin. Register on Zoom now, so you are ready!
3. Sign up for private The BEST SELF! Challenge Facebook group where you can ask questions, share comments and reflections.
