The session involves lying down comfortably while Tianne plays crystal bowls and other sound instruments. You are invited to lie down or sit in a comfortable position. Blankets, pillows, and eye masks are provided to enhance comfort and deepen relaxation.
Tianne plays crystal bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, and chimes, creating vibrations that promote relaxation and healing. The sounds envelop you, providing a fully immersive experience.
In a meditative state, the vibrations ease tension, calm your nervous system, and aid in emotional and physical healing. You may experience deep relaxation, energy shifts, or increased awareness.
Toward the end of the session, the sounds gradually soften, allowing you to come back to the present moment. Tianne will guide a period of silence for integration, and reflection.
