This training explores the therapeutic benefits of the practice. Gain knowledge, skills and confidence to offer restorative yoga for specific  therapeutic benefits, supporting whole body healing and rejuvenation.  Upon completion of this training, you will be prepared to offer restorative yoga to people with specific health conditions, including depression, anxiety, insomnia, mobility limitations, hormonal balance, and chronic pain, either in a class or private session.  Restorative Yoga Teacher Training Level II, is open to anyone wanting to understand and incorporate therapeutic restorative practices into their work and/or personal lives including yoga students, physical therapists, nurses, and health professionals in the field of body-mind medicine and psychology.
