Workshops are a wonderful opportunity to explore aspects of our practice more deeply as we take time to learn new skills, deepen our understanding, explore, experience and discover new techniques, all within a supportive community.
Each workshop offers a unique, specially designed combination of open discussion, breath practices, mindfulness practices and yoga poses.
Workshops are open to all levels and are an excellent way to either dive deeper into a topic, gain a fresh, new perspective or experience.
