What is SomaRest Yoga?

SomaRest Yoga and Sound is a deeply restorative practice that invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and rest fully. Through supported postures, guided breath awareness, and the soothing vibrations of crystal bowls and chimes, this practice offers a sanctuary for body and mind. It’s an opportunity to step away from the demands of daily life and experience the profound power of stillness.

Restorative yoga gently opens the body with the support of props, allowing muscles and fascia to release without effort. Layered with somatic awareness and breath, this practice helps regulate the nervous system, ease tension, and create the conditions for deep relaxation and healing. As the body softens, the mind quiets, and space opens for clarity and renewal.

The sound bath element enhances this restorative journey, using vibrational tones to calm the nervous system, release emotional holding, and invite a meditative state. Together, yoga and sound create a holistic experience of rest and restoration—nurturing resilience, balance, and a return to your natural state of inner calm and wholeness.
