Meet your guide to being your BEST SELF!

My life has always focused on helping people discover and be their best. First as a swim coach of two world record holders, then as an international yoga teacher, teacher trainer and yoga therapist. For over 40 years, I have guided thousands of people to navigate through uncertainty, fear and limitations, to uncover, embody and live their best self. 

Having the honour to work with so many individuals throughout my life, I am amazed and humbled to see how beautifully unique and gifted we each are. 
 
My mission is to help people shift out of negative stress running their lives, relax and connect with who they truly, uniquely, radiantly are, so they can be their BEST SELF.


We have so much to offer ourselves and each other. By sharing the best of who we truly are, the world is a kinder, more joyful, compassionate place for us all.
